The Program Assistant will support the Expanding Learning Possibilities (ELP) program by assisting with administrative, logistical, and programmatic tasks. This role will help ensure program efficiency and delivery of high-quality afterschool and summer enrichment activities for K-12 students. Key focus areas include facilitating STEM-based experiential learning, supporting student engagement, addressing social-emotional learning (SEL) needs, and coordinating family and community involvement.

SCHOOL SOCIAL WORKER
TOP is seeking experienced Social Workers. Duties include providing interventions, social and emotional support, and case management services to children and families in a school setting. Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work is required. Preference given to candidates with current Alabama Social Work license. INTERNSHIPS
TOP is looking for interns interested in learning about the social service field. Interns should expect to learn all TOP programs, and upon successful completion of their internship, will be prepared to enter any social service position with excellent skills. Applicants should have strong communication skills and should be majoring in social work, psychology, human and child development, counseling, sociology, or a related field.
