Tuscaloosa city officials are gearing up for this year’s version of Holidays on the River.
A City Council committee on Tuesday granted Mayor Walt Maddox the authority to begin executing agreements with various vendors and providers for the winter-themed event hosted at the Tuscaloosa Amphitheater.
