
Information and Referral Services
Tuscaloosa's One Place offers information and referral services to all residents of Tuscaloosa County. Our information and referral services focus on helping consumers address any short term concerns they face and to develop plans to avoid repeating the situation in the future. Consumers speak with an Intake Staff Member who helps them assess their needs and offers information on Tuscaloosa's One Place and other community agencies' programs and services.
Tuscaloosa's One Place does not have money, clothing or food available for distribution. Referrals to other agencies and churches may be made for these materials when appropriate.
Please call (205) 462-1000 and ask for the Intake Worker for more information. Information can be shared over the phone, but a visit to Tuscaloosa's One Place is necessary to receive a referral.
